What we collect
If you play without an account, we store a random device code in your browser so we can remember the puzzles you have played on that device. It is not linked to your name or email.
If you create an account, we store the email address and display name you give us, plus your game history: which puzzles you played, the guesses you made and whether you solved them.
How we use it
Only to run the game: to show you today’s puzzle, keep your streak and stats, and keep your progress in sync across your devices. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Account and game data is stored with our hosting and database provider. Passwords are handled by that provider and are never visible to us.
Your choices
You can play entirely signed out. If you have an account you can ask us to delete it and all of your game history at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Children
Go Birdle is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
